Since the ISD 2016 Conference proceedings was listed in WOS database ISD 2018 will also undergo the Thomson Reuters selection process to apply for coverage in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index, it is highly recommended to cite the references that are already included in the Thomson Reuters database – Web of Science.
