Future competitiveness in the Worlds' regions and a suitable Hungarian solution

Abstract:
After joining the EU the growth of the Hungarian products and producers was expected. This problem was has not been solved because of the missing of suitable methodologies, and also because in Hungary only world-market prices were used for measuring competitiveness instead of the prices of the competitor countries. Not solving this problem effects, the future of the regional competitiveness in a negative way. To avoid this, new solutions must be introduced as soon as possible. Bioethanol production could be a successful solution to seriously improve the Hungarian agricultural competitiveness.
