Anotácia:
Příspěvek pojednává o současné situaci v oblasti produkce a spotřeby bioproduktů v České republice. Mapuje také vývoj a stoupající trend spotřeby bioproduktů v posledních letech a to jak bioproduktů vyrobených v České republice, tak i bioproduktů dovezených ze zahraničí. Zabývá se jednak biopotravinami, ale také se zmiňuje o dalších využívaných bioproduktech, jako je spalitelná biomasa, biolíh a bionafta.
Abstract:
This paper deals with the present situation in the area of production and consuption of organic foods in the Czech Republic, deal with in part organic foods as well as for other used bio-products, as is burnable biomass, bio-spirit and bio-diesel oil. This paper next describe the making and mountig consumption trend organic-products in the last years and with organic-products produced by in the Czech Republic and the bio-products in the foreing countries.
