THE PROPERTY SITUATION IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Anotácia:
Majetkovou štruktúrou sa rozumie podiel jednotlivých položiek aktív na celkovom majetku. Majetok sa v účtovnej závierke vykazuje v súvahe a všetky doplňujúce informácie sa uvádzajú v poznámkach. Príspevok je zameraný na analýzu a zhodnotenie majetkovej štruktúry vo výberovom súbore poľnohospodárskych podnikov, na vývoj a zmeny, ktoré nastali počas sledovaného obdobia, a následne na zastúpenie jednotlivých položiek neobežného a obežného majetku, v rámci nich na relevantné zložky. Analyzovanie a vymedzenie majetkovej štruktúry a stanovenie jej determinantov je dôležité pre každý podnikateľský subjekt, pretože pomocou nich získava informácie, či štruktúra aktív účtovnej jednotky zodpovedá charakteru činnosti, či je rozsah zhodný s potrebami efektívneho rozvoja podniku.

Abstract:
In terms of the structure of property we define the proportion of individual items of assets on property in total. The property is reported in the financial statements within the frames of the Balance sheet and all the additional information is listed in the Notes to the financial statements. The paper is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the property situation in a selected set of agricultural companies, on the development and the changes which occurred within the analyzed time series, as well as on the proportions of both non-current and current assets. It is crucial to analyze and evaluate the structure of property, its factors and determinants, so that the information gained from the analysis can contribute to the further development of the enterprise and to enable to adjust the above mentioned structure to its actual needs.
