The Customer-Provider Relationship Monitoring via Chaos Theory

Anotácia:
The consumer and provider relation is getting a key topic for many organizations recently. Its monitoring and evaluating is gaining urgency especially for a reason of potential possibility to manage the relation consequently. Classical statistical methods are mostly used in the answer-finding to some questions of a customer-provider interaction problem. But their limited view of researched reality resulted in modern science disciplines genesis, approaching to analyses absolutely in other way than statistics. One of representatives of this category is Chaos Theory. It describes behaviour of non-linear (it is impossible to represent them exactly by linear model) dynamic (they change themselves during time) systems, which have very complicated internal hidden system, but in spite of this, they appear as systems managed by random events.
