Anotácia:
Změna v chápání postavení prvovýroby jako rozhodujícího článku ve výrobě potravin a přesun tohoto těžiště na navazující články komoditních řetězců sebou nese nové výzvy a příležitosti pro zemědělský podnik v dnešním globalizovaném světě. Vedle důležitosti volby struktury a zaměření výroby se do popředí dostává i otázka optimální velikosti zemědělského podniku.
Abstract:
The change in concept of agriculture as the dominant point in food processing and its move on the next elements in the commodity chains brings new challenges and opportunities for agriculture holdings in today global world. There is next to the question in choice of production structure the problem of finding the right operations size structure.
