Vplyv potravinovej politiky na zdravie obyvateľstva
The influence of food policy on the health of population

Anotácia:
Príspevok sa zaoberá kvantifikáciou vplyvu potravinovej politiky na zdravie obyvateľstva. Metodologický prístup je založený na skúmaní závislosti podielu výdajov na potraviny od výšky hrubého domáceho produktu a výdajov vlád na zdravie. Prostredníctvom regresnej analýzy sme dokázali, že podiel výdajov spotrebiteľov na potraviny na celkových výdajoch spotrebiteľov s rastom hrubého domáceho produktu klesá. Taktiež negatívnu koreláciu sme zaznamenali medzi výdajmi vlád vybraných európskych krajín na zdravie a podielom výdajov spotrebiteľov na potraviny. Podrobnejšia analýza spočívala v skúmaní korelácie medzi výdajmi vlád na zdravie a podielom výdajov na jednotlivé skupiny potravín a medzi stravovacími zvyklosťami obyvateľstva a zdravím obyvateľstva, ich dožitým vekom a vekom, ktorého sa dožívajú v zdraví

Abstract:
This paper deals with quantification of influence of the food policy on health of population. The methodic approach based on exploration of the dependence of population expenditures on foodstuff of gross domestic product and of the government expenditures on health. Using the regression analysis we proved that the share of expenditures on foodstuff on total consumers expenditures decreases when GDP increases. Negative cerrelation between government expenditures on health and share of expenditures on foodstuff on total consumers expenditures was performed too. In this article we investigated also relationship between government expenditures on health and share of expenditures on foodstuff and between nutrition habits and the health of population, expected age and expected age in health.
