IN HUNGARY
Anotácia:
Abstract:
Eco-tourism has more and more significance, not only worldwide, but also in Hungary. Under the composition of The International Ecotourism Society: Eco-tourism means responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the values of the environment and sustains the well being of local people. The 10 national parks of Hungary have outstanding role in development of eco-tourism. Eco-tourism in national parks means a touristical-educational function, when visitors can understand the values of the nature in guided conditions (controlled by guiders or exhibition establishments; e.g. pathways, observation sites), and at the same time they draw on services, and this way, visitors contribute to the growth of prosperity of local population. These services are for example: kayak-canoe tours, boat trip, museum admissions and support of eating-facilities.
