The market economies rely on the agricultural productions, as well as the animal productions. By studying the world food production attitude, we conclude that supply and the raise of prices are insufficient to meet the demands of an exploding populations in many countries, and especially in the third world countries. And the world has many witnessed many challenges that influence on many world countries. As the world is facing changes in production factors, as well as is witnessing many transmutations in management, the economies of the marketplaces, the marketing, also the emergence of the tsunami food phenomenon (what is calling the new tsunami) or the new food crisis of the world, as a result of the rise of food prices. The paper pretends that, undoubtedly, the agriculture and its productions are still and will remain, representing one of the principal bases in the economy of many developed countries generally, and in economy of the third world-countries, which Libya is part of it.
