An Agrarian Policy of Ukraine in terms of integration to WTO: features of realization and priorities of development

Abstract:
Integration of Ukraine to WTO needs correction of agrarian policy of the state, in particular, in part of harmonization to the requirements of this international organization of the system of internal support of agricultural production and access to the market. However, liberalization of agricultural trading promotes economic risks for agriculture of Ukraine in connection with that domestic agricultural commodity producers through low efficiency and quality of products can appear unready to growth of competition at the internal market. At these terms, the special actuality is acquired by the questions of development and introduction of more self-weighted and system approach in relation to realization of public agrarian policy of Ukraine directed on defense of internal market by mechanisms which answer the requirements of WTO and undertaken proper obligations.
