Abstract:
The basis for growing and development of economic entities is their competitive ability. The ground for its formation in the agrarian sector is the competitiveness of products and financing of reproducing processes. Due to the high production cost and low quality, the Ukrainian agricultural product is not competitive enough. It is necessary to implement the modern quality management system which takes into consideration the organization of all the operations and processes taking place at the enterprises, that makes it possible to avoid the rejection of the finished products.
The state policy of protectionism in bank crediting of agrarian sector, development of agricultural insurance system and implementation of other activities of "green basket" can help to improve the situation of financing the branch.
