Abstract:
In the result of the provided research it was created managerial model for Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD's) and its metadata preparation, input, checking, uploading, processing and convenient presenting to end-users, which could be adopted in all state universities, colleges and main part of scientific research institutes in Lithuania. Also it was prepared and provided for adoption by Minister of Education and Science the order with recommendations for improvement of institutional regulations to be guaranteed quality and copyright preservation of thesis, dissertations and its ETD's, prepared and provided recommendations for mentioned above institutions according internal copyright policy formation.
