Anotácia:
Informačná infraštruktúra organizácie predstavuje zložitý komplex hardvérových, softvérových, dátových a ľudských zdrojov. Ich vonkajšia „prezentácia" vo forme trvalo dostupných služieb, zdrojov a informácií poskytovaných IT centrami je výsledkom realizovanej informačnej stratégie organizácie. Nové trendy v oblasti IKT kladú nové úlohy pred IT manažérov, resp. IT centrá - prechod k vybudovaniu a prevádzke dynamickej IT infraštruktúry vyžaduje implementáciu nových technologických riešení v oblasti hardvéru a softvéru. Výsledkom uvedených zmien je nielen celková úspora výdavkov na IT a vytvorenie podmienok pre ďalší rast IT infraštruktúry, ale i celkové zvýšenie stability a bezporuchového chodu komponent IT infraštruktúry.

Abstract:
Information infrastructure of a company consists of a complex of hardware, software, data and human resources. Their outer „presentation" in the form of available services, resources and information provided by IT centres is a result of information strategy of a company. New trends in the ICT sphere involve new job duties (roles) for IT managers or IT centres - a transition to a dynamic IT infrastructure requires the implementation of new technological solutions in the sphere of hardware and software. These changes will result not only in overall IT expenditure savings and good conditions for a further increase of IT infrastructure but also in the overall increase of stability and failure-free performance of IT infrastructure components.
