Anotácia:
Management současnosti je řízením změn. Úkoly organizací jsou stále náročnější. Klíčovým strategickým cílem je posílení konkurenční pozice subjektu. Organizace zavádějí procesní řízení a realizují strategické změny. Firmy, které nedokáží rychle a pružně reagovat na změny, v konkurenci neuspějí. Manažeři nacházejí řešení v lepší organizaci a řízení, kam patří i nové organizační formy - moderní organizační struktury a manažerské metody. Vytvářejí podmínky pro realizaci činností, vyžadujících lepší koordinaci, motivaci, tvůrčí činnost a konstruktivní spolupráci. Zvyšují přizpůsobivost organizací. Pružná a efektivní organizace a moderní manažerské metody pozitivně ovlivňují konkurenceschopnost podniků.

Abstract:
The management of the present time is management of changes. The organizations tasks are more and more difficult. The key strategic goal is strengthening of competitive position of subject. The organizations introduce process management and realize strategic changes. The firms, which are not able quickly and flexible to react on the changes, can not be successful in the competition. The managers find the solution in better organization and management, where the new organizational forms belong - the modern organizational structures and managerial methods. They create conditions for the realization of the activities requiring better coordination, motivation, creative activity and constructive cooperation. They increase acceptability of the organizations. The flexible and effective organization and modern managerial methods positive influence competitiveness of enterprises.
