Abstract:
Practically all post socialist countries have been using preferential credits to revive the crediting of agroindustrial complex. This mechanism has been used in Poland for 17 years already. The main goals of this paper are to analyze the scope of preferential credits in Poland, to find out the opinions of Polish researchers about such scales of preferential credits existing in Poland, to do conclusions for Ukraine.
